KirwanCraft is a family run craft business based in Nenagh, Co.Tipperary. We produce individual, customised craft gifts. The focus is on personalising quality items in a very original way. Our aim is to have the ‘WOW’ reaction from our customers when they first see their very own gift. We pride ourselves in having beautiful products that are top quality, while allowing you to be creative with your own gift ideas.

Customer service
We are a very new business and are keen to understand what gives our customers that special feeling when they receive our gifts. More importantly, we need to understand why our customers may not feel totally satisfied with our product or service. We welcome your feedback if it is good but especially if your experience is not so good.
